How to Reserve and Own
Simply follow these easy steps to reserve and own a condo unit at Robinsons Land:

Standard Requirements
Signed Combined ProForma Reservation Agreement (CPRA) [free of erasure]
Signed Buyer’s Information Sheet (BIS)
Signed Floor Plan (updated)
Government issued ID with clear signature and picture
Passport (if foreigner)
Reservation Fee of Php 50,000 or equivalent currency (Cash, Check, Credit Card or Remittance)

Additional Requirements
Proof of Billing (POB) not older than 3 months, address should be the same as indicated in the Buyer’s Information Sheet
Post Dated Checkc (PDC’s) of at least 12 months
Age Disclosure Form
Taxpayer’s Identification Number ID (TIN)
Other documentary requirements may be requested as necessary
